Founded by beauty creator and makeup artist Mikayla Nogueira and industry veteran Ani Hadjinian, in partnership with Imaginary Ventures, point of view beauty merges cutting-edge Korean formulations with advanced U.S. skincare innovation to create intuitive, multitasking products that enhance both makeup application and skin health. We launched on March 26, 2025, and sold out in under 24 hours. Now, we’re on a mission to take this brand to the next level, and we're looking for a Director of Social & Influencer Marketing to help us make that happen.

About the Role

You’ll be the strategic lead for all things social and influencer. From TikTok to Instagram, YouTube to UGC, you’ll drive the POV voice, build real relationships with creators, and ensure our content makes people stop scrolling. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who lives and breathes the creator economy and knows how to translate culture into brand heat.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve our social media strategy across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, emerging channels), ensuring a consistent and compelling brand presence
Lead influencer strategy and partnerships, from top-tier creators to micro talent and UGC programs
Develop and manage a robust content calendar, overseeing planning, creation, publishing, and performance tracking
Partner with Creative to produce content that drives both engagement and conversion
Build and nurture a network of creators who are passionate about pov’s mission and products
Develop original content for our website (tutorials, product education, beauty tips, Mikayla exclusive content) to position pov as a trusted voice in the beauty space
Manage social listening and community engagement
Collaborate with PR, Product, and Brand Marketing to amplify launches, events, and campaigns
Track KPIs and analytics to inform growth and optimization strategies
Manage and mentor a growing community team

Requirements

Experience in social media and influencer marketing, with a strong track record in beauty or a closely related category
Deep expertise in short-form video, creator partnerships, and what it takes to win on TikTok, and Instagram
Highly fluent in internet culture, trends, and the creator economy. You’re probably the go-to person your friends ask, “Who’s that new creator I should follow for skincare tips?”
Exceptional storyteller, writer, and content strategist
Experience working directly with influencers, managing negotiations, and activating creator-led campaigns
Equal parts creative and analytical
Hands-on, agile, and excited to work in a high-growth, startup environment
Passionate about beauty, skincare, and the power of self-expression
