We're looking for a highly skilled AI forward engineer with experience with front and back end development to join our team of passionate, driven full stack developers. Specifically, we need you to have a strong grasp of AI and at least 5+ years experience working with Angular, C#, SQL Server.
You should be a practicing fan of AI in all of its forms and applications. You should be excited to work on enterprise cloud applications, modernizing time tested winforms into web based ui, learning new technologies, and be a strong independent problem solver. You'll benefit from working with a tight-knit cross-functional agile team with short sprints and a consistent work pace. You will be driving innovation in one of our fastest growing product lines and must be capable of great communication across teams and job functions.
Duties & Responsibilities
● Utilize and expand AI in features as well as internal practices
● Develop, Test, and Deploy complex software solutions that solve real world challenges for our customers.
● Peer program, present, and mentor junior programmers.
● Recommend technology and process solutions to enhance team and product performance and functionality.
● Continue learning through conference attendance, courses, and cross-training.
Required Experience
● At least 1 year exploring and utilizing AI Dev tools like Cursor, Cline, etc.
● At least 5 years experience as a developer/software engineer.
● At least 5 years experience with C#.
● At least 5 years experience with Angular, React, or a similar Web Front End Framework.
● At least 5 years experience with an RDBMS such as SQL Server, MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, Sybase or similar.
● CS/Math/Computer Engineering Degree OR a solid understanding of CS concepts including algorithms, design patterns, data structures, etc. obtained from work experience.
Preferred Experience
● Full-stack development.
● RESTful API development.
● Microservices/serverless.
● Angular.
● Azure DevOps environment.
● Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Job Type: 98% Remote (2 onsite 3-day workshops annually) , Full-Time, Exempt. Base salary + benefits, 100% 401K matching (up to 4%).
Pay Transparency: The base pay range for this position is $115,000 to $150,000 per year. The actual base pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, experience, and training, skills, licenses and certifications, and education among other factors.
