About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical, proactive Marketing Analytics professional with deep expertise in media performance analysis within the direct-to-consumer (DTC) space. You will play a pivotal role in evaluating, optimizing, and scaling our multi-channel media investments—including Direct Mail, SEM, Paid Social, and Programmatic—at significant scale ($30M+ annually).
As the analytics leader for our marketing channels you'll partner with channel owners to translate complex data into actionable strategies that improve acquisition efficiency, optimize CAC/LTV ratios, and ultimately accelerate our mission of democratizing home equity.

At the launch of each position, we benchmark compensation to the appropriate role and level utilizing competitive compensation data from various data sources as references. At the offer stage, we use the signal we received from our interviews, coupled with your experience, location, and other job-related factors to determine final compensation.
