Point C is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of marketing initiatives that drive qualified leads, accelerate pipeline, and support the company’s growth goals. This role will own the full marketing funnel—planning and optimizing campaigns across channels to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
As a key member of the marketing team, the Growth Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with sales, operations, and leadership to build and execute performance-driven campaigns. This person will also own and manage HubSpot, leveraging it as a central platform for marketing automation, lead management, reporting, and optimization.
