We’re a fast-growing jewelry brand looking for a Paid Ads Specialist with proven experience in scaling DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) jewelry brands across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon ad platforms. You will own the end-to-end process of paid media campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness across multiple platforms, helping us grow our revenue and customer base globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon Ads.
- Develop creative ad strategies tailored for the luxury/fashion/jewelry consumer, with a focus on storytelling, lifestyle visuals, and seasonal promotions.
- Work closely with our design/content team to craft thumb-stopping creatives, including UGC, product carousels, and video ads.
- Use advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to drive high-quality traffic and boost ROAS and AOV.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions to scale winning campaigns and pause underperforming ones.
- Conduct A/B tests on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Manage and scale ad budgets efficiently with a focus on profitability.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, especially in the fashion, lifestyle, or jewelry industry.
- Deep understanding of DTC funnels, buyer psychology, and eCommerce trends.
- Hands-on experience managing paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Amazon PPC.
- Strong analytical skills using platforms like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, etc.
- Proven success in scaling campaigns to 5–6 figures monthly ad spend.
- Ability to work with creative teams to develop UGC-style and premium-looking ads.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the jewelry or luxury eCommerce sector.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Klaviyo, and product landing page optimization.
- Strong visual eye for premium content and design.
- Familiarity with influencer/UGC coordination.
