Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to help lead our revenue-driving efforts and coordinate a remote team responsible for executing campaigns, funnels, creative assets, and customer engagement activities.
This is a hands-on role with strategic input — you’ll roll up your sleeves to execute and optimize marketing and sales initiatives while helping shape and refine the strategies that drive results.

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring campaigns contribute directly to lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth. You’ll work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align activities with business goals and client needs, and you’ll coordinate with a remote team to keep projects moving, teams aligned, and results delivered — all with a strong focus on digital marketing and online sales funnels.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the day-to-day execution of the sales and marketing function, including planning, implementation, performance tracking, and reporting.
Oversee the work of remote team members and contractors across creative, content, CRM, social media, and campaign delivery to ensure projects stay on track and meet quality standards.
Own the marketing calendar, coordinating launches, promotions, and campaigns to ensure timely delivery and alignment with company priorities.
Write, review, and approve sales and marketing copy, creative assets, and funnels — and support team members by coaching them on effective messaging and conversion-focused copywriting — to ensure brand alignment, quality, and performance before launch.
Track and analyze KPIs for campaigns, sales funnels, and launches, providing regular performance reports and actionable insights to leadership.
Manage CRM updates, lead routing, and sales process optimization to improve pipeline visibility, follow-up efficiency, and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the Founder and leadership team to translate business goals into executable sales and marketing strategies and initiatives.
Facilitate weekly planning and accountability meetings with the sales and marketing team to align priorities, review progress, and address roadblocks.
Identify risks, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies in marketing and sales workflows and proactively drive solutions to improve results.
Maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all marketing and sales materials, ensuring messaging is clear, impactful, and aligned with company values.
