The Role

We’re looking for a Web3 UI/UX Designer (Web Designer) with strong expertise in Figma and a deep understanding of Web3 user interactions. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling Web3 applications that empower athletes and fans to interact in new, decentralized ways.

Your primary focus will be responsive, mobile-first web app designs, ensuring a seamless experience across all devices. You’ll also contribute to design system enhancements and work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to create world-class sports engagement experiences in Web3.

What You'll Do

✅ Own the UI/UX design process for our Web3 sports platform, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic excellence.

✅ Create high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs using Figma, following a mobile-first approach.

✅ Design decentralized user interactions, including wallet connections (MetaMask, WalletConnect), tokenized assets, transaction flows, and governance interfaces.

✅ Develop UI kits, reusable components, and design tokens to support scalability and efficiency.

✅ Optimize user journeys for both crypto-native and Web2 audiences, ensuring smooth onboarding and engagement.

✅ Research and analyze user behaviors in Web3 to craft intuitive, user-centered experiences.

✅ Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs in responsive, interactive, and performant Web3 applications.

✅ Contribute to and enhance our design system, ensuring consistency, flexibility, and usability.

✅ Stay ahead of Web3 UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and emerging blockchain interaction patterns.

✅ Implement microinteractions and animations for seamless onboarding and engaging interactions.

✅ Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics

What We're Looking For

✅ 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web applications, with a mobile-first mindset.

✅ Expert proficiency in Figma (including auto-layout, design systems, prototyping, and interactive components).

✅ Deep understanding of Web3 UX, including wallet integrations (e.g., MetaMask, WalletConnect), decentralized interactions, and blockchain-based user flows.

✅ Experience designing for Web3 applications, ideally in DeFi, NFTs, DAOs, tokenized economies, or other blockchain-powered platforms.

✅ Proven track record of designing responsive web apps (Mobile Apps UI experience is a plus, but not mandatory).

✅ Strong grasp of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and usability best practices.

✅ Ability to collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.

✅ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

✅ Attention to detail – You don’t miss anything.

✅ Design Systems Knowledge – You know how to use, modify, extend, and contribute to an existing ecosystem.

✅ Passion for sports, blockchain innovation, and redefining athlete-fan relationships.
