Role Description

Pluntra is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable software solutions that power our products. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, solve complex technical challenges, and help shape the architecture and direction of our technology stack.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable software solutions.
Lead architectural discussions and drive key technical decisions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver end-to-end features.
Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best development practices.
Optimize applications for performance, security, and scalability.
Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and technology roadmap planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Go, or C#).
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design.
Experience with modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
