About the Role
We’re looking for a Social Media & Video Marketing Manager who can plan, create, and grow engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
If you’re a creative storyteller who loves video, understands what makes content go viral, and knows how to turn views into engagement — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
Create and manage video content: Write, script, and edit both short-form (Reels, Shorts) and long-form videos for YouTube.
Grow our social presence: Plan and schedule posts, analyze results, and adjust strategy for better performance.
Engage with the audience: Reply to comments and messages, manage community conversations, and represent our brand voice.
Write high-performing copy: Craft catchy hooks, captions, and CTAs that drive clicks and conversions.
Track results: Monitor performance using analytics tools and suggest creative ways to improve engagement.
Collaborate: Work with the team to bring marketing ideas to life — no micromanagement, just creativity and ownership.
What You’ll Need
3+ years of proven experience managing social media accounts with measurable growth.
Video editing skills (Descript, CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
Copywriting expertise — especially in writing strong hooks and CTAs.
Basic design skills for creating engaging graphics.
Experience with GoHighLevel funnels or automation tools.
Ability to communicate in Proficient English (written and spoken) for clear teamwork and collaboration.
Bonus Skills:
YouTube channel management
Experience with paid ads or digital marketing
Familiarity with Airtable
Work Setup
Remote position – you’ll need a reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, and mic.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM CST
