Job Purpose:
The Digital Marketing Content Specialist is responsible for driving content and campaign performance across multiple social media platforms. This role includes editing short-form videos, writing high-converting ad copy, designing static ads, managing paid campaigns, and ensuring consistent publishing and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is a highly creative, results-driven self-starter with strong skills in content creation and digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Content Creation & Editing:
Edit short-form video content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or Final Cut.
Ensure videos are optimized for platform trends and engagement.
Ad Copywriting:
Write compelling, conversion-driven ad copy for social and paid campaigns.
Tailor messaging to audience segments and platform behavior.
Graphic Design for Static Ads:
Create eye-catching static image ads using Canva, Photoshop, or other design tools.
Maintain consistent brand aesthetics across visuals.
Content Publishing & Scheduling:
Manage and post content across platforms, ensuring consistency and timeliness.
Follow a weekly content calendar to align with campaign goals.
Paid Advertising Management:
Launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Adjust strategy based on performance data and trends.
CRM & Automation (Go High Level):
Use Go High Level to manage client campaigns, automations, pipelines, and reporting.
Maintain up-to-date workflows and lead follow-ups.
Creative Strategy Collaboration:
Work directly with the agency founder to align creative execution with strategic marketing goals.
Share input and feedback on campaign direction and performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
5+ years of experience in digital marketing and content creation
Strong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, etc.)
Demonstrated copywriting ability with a portfolio or writing samples
Experience with Go High Level and marketing automation tools
Deep understanding of social media trends and performance marketing
Excellent time management, attention to detail, and initiative
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
Bonus Skills:
Familiarity with Riverside.fm
Experience designing or editing landing pages (ClickFunnels, Go High Level, etc.
Background working in marketing agencies or fast-paced creative teams
Remote Work and Equipment Requirements:
This is a remote position. Candidate must have access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, webcam, and microphone for virtual meetings.
