The Role

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to join our Growth Programs team.

You'll work closely with one of our Senior Growth Programs Leads, supporting the planning and delivery of marketing programs for some of the world's leading technology companies.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career who wants to learn quickly, take ownership and work alongside experienced marketers in a fast-moving startup.

What You'll Do

• Support the planning and delivery of customer marketing programs.
• Contribute ideas, research and insights to customer strategies.
• Help execute campaigns and projects across multiple marketing channels.
• Continuously learn, improve and take on greater responsibility as you grow.

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Has around 2–4 years of experience in marketing, growth, content, demand generation, an agency, or a similar B2B marketing role.
• Has a strong interest in modern B2B marketing and is eager to continue learning.
• Is organised, proactive and takes ownership of their work.
• Communicates professionally with customers and teammates.
• Enjoys solving problems and working collaboratively.
• Is excited about using AI to become a better marketer.
• Can work remotely, with occasional overlap across European and US time zones.

Nice to Have

• Experience in B2B SaaS or technology.
• Experience with content, creators, paid media, SEO, community or product marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and modern collaboration tools such as Notion, Slack or Linear.
