They are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join their DEX team to design, built and scale the services that power decentralized trading.

Role:

• Architect and Build DEX services with a focus on throughput, determinism, and fault isolation.
• Design APIs (REST/WebSocket) and data models that are explicit , versioned, and easy to integrate.
• Integrate on-chain logic with their blockchain.
• Performance and Reliability.
• Security and Compliance by Design.
• Observability: Define golden signals, metrics, tracing and error budgets.
• Testing Discipline; Property-based tests, deterministic simulators, chaos/load testing.
• Leverage AI for code suggestions, Perf analysis, and Incident Triage.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of backend engineering experience (3+ years building high-throughout backend systems)
• 4+ years in Node.
• 2+ years in Golang or Rust.
• Worked at a DEX Company before.
• Experience with containerized cloud deployments (Docker/Kubernetes/Terraform).
• Clear communication and judgement.
