Sr Marketing Manager - Institutional Lending Protocol – USA/Europe (Remote)

Plexus are working with the current industry-leaders in on-chain Institutional Lending + Blockchain Capital markets.

With 10-figure totals in terms of loans issues and a high-level remote-first team across the USA and Europe, they are currently looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to lead their upcoming brand repositioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, positioning yourself as both a strategist and executor, contributing to brand growth/positioning via different content, social and outreach channels
• Manage performance marketing data and analytics, with updated and accurate reflections on campaign performance and success metrics
• Grow and develop your own marketing team internally after 6m

Requirements

• Must be from a Web3-Native Marketing background (Exchanges, DEX, L1, L2, Foundation, tooling, infrastructure, finance)
• Experienced working in lean/small start-up teams, scaling marketing and brand 0-1
• Hands-on experience with B2B marketing targeting institutional clients or high-net-worth individuals in the blockchain space
