Product Lead

Product Lead - Fully remote - $170k-$220k

Plexus has partnered with a fast-growing RWAfi infrastructure company building the onchain layer for tokenized real-world assets, enabling institutions and crypto-native users to access compliant yield and investment products through DeFi rails. They are looking for a Product Lead to lead consumer facing yield and portfolio products, shaping the future of onchain asset management and tokenized finance.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and execution for retail-facing RWA and yield products.
• Drive roadmap prioritization across onboarding, wallet integrations, staking, and investor UX.
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, growth, legal, and ecosystem teams.
• Translate complex blockchain and financial infrastructure into intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize onboarding, retention, TVL growth, and product engagement.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners, asset issuers, and DeFi protocols on new integrations and product launches.
• Define KPIs, product metrics, and experimentation frameworks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in fintech, crypto, DeFi, or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of RWA, wallets, tokenization, stablecoins, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Experience launching consumer financial or investment products.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
