Marketing Lead – Solana Perp/Futures DEX – Europe/USA (remote)

Budget: $150-200k Base + Equity

Plexus are working with a Venture Studio, supporting an upcoming DEX on the Solana blockchain. Supporting perps + futures, they are currently at MVP stage, projecting a full mainnet launch for 2026.

They are looking for a Marketing Lead to scale their branding efforts 0-1. This will be the first marketing hire.

Responsibilities

• Scale marketing 0-1, lead brand and campaign marketing for the upcoming DEX launch
• Lead across content, social and growth marketing (own strategy + execution)
• Support the team in further expansion, cross-functional growth and community scaling

Requirements

• Must be from a DeFi-Native background (Protocol, DEX or similar relevant product)
• Experienced scaling marketing 0-1 for an early-stage Web3 project
• Brand, Growth + Social/Content marketing background (3+ years)
