Plexus are partnering with a leading DeFi-native DEX and trading platform, focused on powering the next wave of Web3 meme economies with competitive leverage and APR opportunities.

With over $1bn ATV, they’re now searching for a Marketing Lead to drive growth and expand their community.

Responsibilities:

• Lead from the front by developing and executing content strategies, social media pipelines, and co-marketing initiatives to boost brand visibility.
• Build and nurture engaged communities of traders and DeFi users, educating them on the evolving memecoin and Web3 social economy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and leadership teams to strengthen acquisition and retention efforts.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in DeFi-native marketing (Protocol, DEX, or similar platform).
• Deep understanding of DeFi culture, narratives, and community growth strategies.
• Professional experience scaling Web3-focused social media accounts to significant growth.
