Plexus are working with a leading Blockchain based Decentralized Ledger Platform. They are looking for an experienced Director of Marketing to lead a strategic rebrand.

You will be responsible for driving strategic integrations that expand their ecosystem, enhance product offerings, and strengthen partnerships. You will work cross-functionally to identify, develop, and execute high-value integration opportunities that align with business goals and partner strategies.

Responsibilities

Lead from the front, as the first strategic marketing hire, you’ll collaborate with the C-Suite and SLT to strategize brand positioning and visibility
Strategize and Execute from day 1, whilst directly managing internal growth / marketing managers
Grow your own team within the first 3-6 months, identifying pain points and scaling accordingly

Requirements

Must be from a DeFi-Native marketing background, L1 preferred
Solid track record of leading marketing + growth within a blockchain-native project, to significant levels of success
Blockchain B2C Marketing/Retail focused background
