Head of Marketing – Onchain Asset Management – UK/NA (Remote)

Plexus are working with an onchain asset managers, currently managing 10-figures in AUM with institutional-level yield and lending strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior leader who thrives at the intersection of DeFi and fintech, and want to design and deliver impactful marketing campaigns, help shape brand vision and strategy, aligning with the founding team.

They are currently looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their brand & marketing function. Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Define and Execute global marketing strategy, leading and cross-functionally collaborating with internal teams (product, marketing, tech)
• Drive PR, Growth and revenue acceleration via growth/marketing strategies with a push for brand visibility
• Lead and grow a high-functioning marketing team

Requirements

• MUST be from the following backgrounds: Onchan institutional finance, blockchain capital markets, exchanges, DeFi protocol (Top 25) or other relevant experience
• Experienced leading, developing and growing marketing teams within a high-growth start up
• Expert familiarity with blockchain technology, onchain finance and traditional financial markets
