Head of Marketing – APAC (Remote) – Perps DEX

Plexus are working with a SE Asia based Peps DEX, utilising a non-custodial, hybrid model (order book). With their upcoming expansion into options and spot markets, they are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead their marketing function.

Details as follows:

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, managing two junior team members and scaling marketing outreach
• Run campaigns, events, social media and overall marketing strategy for an exchange audience
• Promote and Scale brand identity, visibility, user growth and user experience

Requirements

• Must be from a DeFi-Native marketing background, ideally within Perps, Options or Spot trading (onchain)
• Must be based in APAC, SE Asia heavily preferred
• Fluent English (written and spoken), experience marketing onchain products/services to global audiences
