Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale hybrid casual / idle games from soft launch to global scale.You will be responsible for:
- Product strategy and roadmap ownership
- Retention & monetization optimization
- Feature ideation, prioritization, and live ops
- Working closely with game design, UA, analytics, and engineering
Responsibilities
Own D1–D30 retention, ARPDAU, and LTV targets
Diagnose scaling bottlenecks and define product strategy
Design and ship mid-core meta systems (progression, economy, live ops)
Prioritize features using impact vs effort thinking
Make tradeoffs between retention, monetization, and CPI
Lead A/B testing and interpret results
Partner with UA to improve CPI-LTV fit
Requirements / Must-have
- 3–4+ years of product experience (games preferred)
- Experience scaling at least one game post–soft launch
- Strong intuition for hybrid casual / idle mechanics
- Data-informed decision making (not dashboard-driven PM)
Nice-to-have
- Live ops & economy balancing
- Publishing-side experience
