UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

We are looking for a creative powerhouse who can bridge the gap between Figma and production code. You won't just be handed a ticket, you'll proactively audit our product, identify UX/UI improvements, document the solution, and implement the code yourself. We value autonomy, visual excellence, and development speed.

This is a rare hybrid role for someone who thinks like a designer and ships like a developer, someone who wants full ownership over the product experience, from the first sketch to the deployed pixel.

What You'll Do

• Identify & Solve — Proactively spot design inconsistencies or UX friction points without waiting for instructions.
• Design & Document — Create agile mockups and clear, lightweight specs.
• Build & Ship — Translate your designs into pixel-perfect, clean front-end code.
• Accelerate — Leverage AI development tools (Cursor, Copilot, v0, etc.) to prototype and ship features at 10x speed.
• Extreme Ownership — You are self-sufficient. You see a problem, you fix it, you ship it.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of combined experience in UI/UX design and front-end development
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design craft and shipped production code
• Proficiency in Figma (or similar design tools) for rapid, iterative design work
• Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Comfort working independently with minimal oversight, from problem identification through deployment
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow
• A bias toward action — you'd rather ship a fix than write a ticket about it

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Bootstrap, jQuery UI, and React
• Experience establishing or maintaining a design system
• Familiarity with product analytics or user research methods
