You are a digital marketer with a strong background in paid social media advertising. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for optimizing campaigns to drive business growth. You have an analytical mindset, a keen eye for creative strategy, and a deep understanding of how performance marketing drives customer acquisition. You’re highly detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximize impact. If you have experience in the fashion or retail industry, that’s a bonus!

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically within paid social media advertising
• Strong proficiency in Meta advertising, with experience in other paid social platforms (Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Experience working with Creative Teams to develop Creative Strategy
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and effectively communicate findings to stakeholders
• A self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and campaign optimization
• Experience in fitness, health or wellness industry is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and other emerging platforms
• Analyze Creative Performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve ad effectiveness
• Conduct daily optimization and budget checks to ensure campaigns are on track to meet performance goals
• Assist in ad builds and ensure proper setup and execution across platforms
• QA briefs from the Creative Team to ensure alignment with performance marketing goals and best practices
• Perform ad quality assurance (QA) checks across platforms, ensuring accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines
• Partner with internal teams, including Creative, Site, Data, and Finance, to ensure cross-functional alignment
• Use analytics tools to assess campaign performance and identify areas for optimization
• Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous growth and innovation
