Job Summary:

The Advanced Analytics / AI Engineer will play a pivotal role in leveraging data to drive strategic decisions across the organization. This position requires a seasoned professional with expertise in advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and cloud technologies, specifically within the MS Dynamics and Azure ecosystems. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize analytics solutions that enhance operational efficiency and contribute to the overall mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop advanced analytics solutions utilizing MS Dynamics and Azure platforms to support business objectives.
• Implement machine learning algorithms and AI models to derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with data scientists and IT teams to integrate analytics solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Conduct data analysis and visualization to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of analytics solutions, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in analytics and AI, providing thought leadership to the organization.
• Support the development of best practices and standards for data analytics and AI deployment.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• Proficiency in MS Dynamics and Azure, with a strong understanding of their analytics capabilities.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work on complex projects.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Enhanced security clearance is required for this position.
