About The Role

We're seeking a Data Scientist to develop machine learning models and advanced analytics. You'll work on player behavior prediction, churn analysis, and personalization algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Build predictive models and ML algorithms
• Analyze player behavior and patterns
• Develop churn prediction and retention models
• Create recommendation systems
• Conduct statistical analysis and experiments
• Deploy models to production
• Collaborate with engineering teams
• Present insights to stakeholders

Requirements

• 5+ years of data science experience
• Strong knowledge of Python and ML libraries
• Experience with machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Understanding of statistics and probability
• Experience with SQL and big data tools
• Knowledge of A/B testing and experimentation
• PhD or Master's in related field preferred
• Gaming industry experience a plus
