Responsibilities

- Define and document user needs through deliverables such as personas, journey maps, and user flows, ensuring alignment across the team.
- Create clear information architecture artifacts such as navigation schemes, sitemaps, and interaction flows to structure complex systems for both web and mobile platforms.
- Produce low- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using our design system in Figma, collaborating closely with the UI team to ensure visual excellence.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, presenting research findings, design rationales, and iterative solutions with clarity and confidence.
- Document functional and UX requirements to guide development teams, including design decisions, process justifications, and user-focused functional specifications.
- Participate actively in agile ceremonies and workflows as part of a cross-functional delivery team, contributing to a collaborative, iterative design and build process.
- Ensure timely delivery of design outputs within project deadlines, managing priorities across multiple engagements.
- Interest in user-centered research activities, including discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Plan and conduct user-centered research activities, including discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, user interviews, and usability testing, to gather qualitative and quantitative insights.
Experience
- At least 2–3 years of UX design experience for web applications and digital products, with hands-on involvement in client-facing projects or stakeholder collaboration
- Experience in design methodologies, from identifying the problem to finding the solution
- Experience working across multiple simultaneous projects or complex platforms
- Experience working with a remote team
- Experience in end to end execution from insight and concept to go live

- Ability to build empathy with users and gain a deep understanding of user needs
- Understanding of accessibility principles in the context of web design
- Great presentation, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, life-long learner
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
