We are seeking a highly organized, execution-driven, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of outreach campaigns, database management, content development, and multichannel marketing execution. The ideal candidate combines marketing expertise, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and proficiency with CRM and design tools to drive pipeline growth, elevate campaign performance, and support business objectives through impactful lead generation and marketing initiatives.

Position Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for owning and driving outreach campaigns, pipeline development, and multichannel marketing initiatives.

This role will manage lead databases, execute outbound campaigns across email, phone/voicemail and social channels, develop targeted messaging, and create marketing assets to support engagement and conversion. This individual will analyze campaign performance, optimize outreach strategies, and ensure data accuracy within CRM systems. Additionally, they will contribute to content creation for virtual events and marketing initiatives, while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance, efficiency, and overall pipeline growth.

This role requires a highly proactive professional who can balance creativity, data-driven decision-making, and operational execution to support business growth.

Engagement Type: Remote - Contractor

Location: Latin American countries within the Eastern Standard Time (EST).

Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Own and execute end-to-end outreach campaigns targeting cold prospects and warm leads
  • Build, manage, and optimize lead generation pipelines and prospect databases
  • Define target audiences, develop buyer personas, and segment data for campaign execution
  • Design and implement multichannel outreach strategies (email, voicemail drop, LinkedIn, social media)"
  • Continuously test, optimize, and improve campaigns based on performance metrics

CRM & Database Management

  • Manage and maintain large client and prospect databases within CRM systems (Salesforce and/or Apollo preferred)
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and cleanliness across all lead and campaign records
  • Track engagement, lead progression, and pipeline activity within CRM platforms
  • Partner with Sales to ensure effective handoff and follow-up processes

Content Creation & Messaging

  • Develop compelling messaging tailored to different audience segments
  • Identify and curate relevant content that aligns with campaign goals and audience needs
  • Ensure messaging consistency across all campaign touchpoints

Multichannel Coordination

  • Align messaging across channels to maintain brand consistency and engagement
  • Support campaign timelines, launches, and cross-functional coordination

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
  • Provide actionable insights to improve performance and engagement
  • Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and outreach strategies

Technology & Process Improvement

  • Utilize CRM, reporting tools, and AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to improve efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to automate workflows and optimize campaign execution
  • Contribute to the development of scalable marketing and lead generation processes

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 4/6 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing administrative support, or campaign execution
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms, content tools (Canva, Adobe, Google NotebookLM, etc.), and scheduling tools
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, CoPilot, etc.) to support execution
