Lifecycle Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own two of our highest-performing channels β email and SMS β with the key objective of driving customer growth and retention. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our lifecycle marketing engines to become highly efficient, data-driven, and best-in-class. You will lead strategy and execution across the entire customer journey β from segmentation and messaging strategy to A/B testing, deployment, and performance analysis.
The ideal candidate is both analytical and creative, with an exceptional track record in email and SMS marketing, a bias for action, and a keen awareness of customer behavior. You should be confident in using data to shape strategy, designing thoughtful experiments, and continuously optimizing for impact. You have a strong sense of ownership and are excited to set, meet, and exceed aggressive goals around our KPIs.

This position will be a remote position within the United States. Occasional trips to our West Palm Beach, FL office, may be required.
