Scrum Master / Project Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master who thrives at the intersection of agility, coordination, and product delivery. In this role, you'll lead agile ceremonies, guide cross-functional collaboration, and keep engineering and product teams aligned as they build and launch innovative attribution technology. While the primary focus is agile facilitation, you’ll also take on internal project management responsibilities—owning timelines, unblocking teams, and ensuring smooth rollouts of new platform features. This is a highly collaborative, internal-facing role ideal for someone who brings structure, communication, and momentum to fast-moving teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Scrum Master for multiple agile squads, facilitating stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Act as a bridge between product and engineering teams to ensure smooth, coordinated delivery of key product initiatives.
• Identify and remove obstacles that block team progress; proactively support issue resolution.
• Maintain sprint cadence, team velocity, and release roadmaps across internal workstreams.
• Track project timelines and milestones, escalating risks and delays early.
• Champion agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to improve internal delivery processes and operational effectiveness.
• Contribute to sprint-level reporting and process transparency across stakeholders.
• Support cross-team alignment during product rollout phases and internal handoffs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Project Manager, or Delivery Lead in a SaaS or tech environment.
• Proven success facilitating agile teams and supporting end-to-end product delivery.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent agile certification required.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks, sprint metrics, and delivery pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, particularly across engineering and product functions.
• Experience coordinating product rollouts and supporting internal delivery—not client-facing.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project tracking platforms.
• A passion for helping teams stay focused, aligned, and continuously improving.
