REQUIRED SKILLS

* Advanced Machine Learning and AI Expertise: Proficient in developing and implementing machine learning models and AI algorithms to analyze complex datasets and derive actionable insights.

* Statistical Analysis Proficiency: Skilled in applying statistical methods to validate data and results, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of findings. Examples include Statistical Significance Testing, Confidence Intervals, Power Analysis, Correlation Analysis and Chi-Square Tests.

* Python Programming Mastery: Highly skilled in Python for data manipulation, analysis, and model development, with the ability to write efficient, clean, and well-documented code.

* Data Visualization Skills: Expert in creating clear and compelling visualizations using tools like Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly to effectively communicate data insights and findings to stakeholders via PowerPoint presentation.

* Data Sourcing and Integration: Capable of independently sourcing and integrating data from various internal and external sources to support comprehensive analysis and cross-validation efforts. This requires knowledge of REST and SQL.

* Analytical Problem-Solving: Demonstrates strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex problems, focusing on areas of opportunity for efficiency within the organization using metrics such as time spent, volume, and dollars.

* Statistical Software Proficiency: Experienced in using statistical software (ex. JMP, SAS, SPSS, Minitab) or python libraries (ex. Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn) to perform rigorous data analysis and ensure the validity of results through robust statistical techniques.

* Time Management/Prioritization: Ability to manage time and prioritize work to meet deadlines and deliver most valuable results first. Responsibility to manage own tasks and projects resolving priority conflicts and collaborating to ensure common expectation understanding with clients.

* 3+ years of experience in a data science role displaying post academic understanding of how to utilize math principles and technologies to benefit business objectives
