Description

We’re seeking a Multimedia Designer to bring our brand to life through engaging visuals across graphic, web, and video platforms. In this role, you’ll create high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns, strengthens our digital presence, and connects with target audiences. You’ll design graphics, maintain website visuals, and produce impactful videos that enhance storytelling and brand consistency. This position combines creativity with technical expertise, offering the opportunity to shape how our company is seen and experienced across channels. Multimedia Designer Essential Job Responsibilities

• Create and design impactful marketing materials such as flyers, newsletters, ads, logos, templates, manuals, social media assets, website landing pages, and infographics.
• Develop personalized collateral including direct mail (postcards, brochures, self-mailers) and digital graphics.
• Design advertising for multiple channels (print, outdoor, digital, and social media).
• Prepare final artwork for production including packaging, vendor instructions, and pre-press workflows.
• Maintain and manage the internal design request system and digital asset repository.
• Review and proof materials for quality assurance and enforce brand guidelines.
• Create, edit, and produce videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and internal communications, including motion graphics when applicable.
• Present creative ideas effectively and lead brainstorming sessions.
• Stay current with digital, design, video, and social media trends; identify and recommend creative formats and features.
• Foster strong engagement with internal stakeholders to understand and deliver on creative needs.
• Continuously monitor design, multimedia, and web trends to bring fresh, innovative solutions to the organization.

Multimedia Designer Compensation

$65,000-$70,000 per year.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or a related discipline.
• They should have at least five years of professional design experience in either an agency or in-house marketing team.
• They must demonstrate advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, as well as strong skills in Microsoft 365 and WordPress.
• Experience in video production, editing, and animation, particularly with sound design and motion graphics, is essential.
• A solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design is expected.
• The successful candidate will be creative, proactive, and highly organized, with exceptional attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proven collaboration skills.
• They must be able to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• A portfolio that demonstrates expertise in graphic design, web design, and video work is required.
