Plan A Technologies is looking for a Senior Software Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and deploying sophisticated, high-performance applications across web and mobile platforms. This role requires a unique intersection of expertise in cross-platform development (Flutter), modern web architectures (React), and practical Artificial Intelligence implementation.

The successful candidate will not only write robust, production-grade code but will also architect the integration of Generative AI models to enhance user experience and operational efficiency.

Please note: You must have 5+ years of experience with React, Flutter and 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-augmented features in a production environment to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibilities

sign and implement hands-on AI features, including the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines, and autonomous agentic workflows.
Develop and maintain seamless communication between frontend interfaces and AI-driven backend services via RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Enforce high standards of code integrity through rigorous code reviews, automated testing, and comprehensive documentation.
Stay abreast of emerging trends in the AI and frontend ecosystems to recommend and implement technologies that provide a competitive advantage.

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Minimum of 5 years in professional software development using Flutter or React and at least 2 years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI-augmented features in a production environment.
Ability to solve complex architectural challenges and optimize AI model latency for real-time user interaction.
Proven capacity to pivot between different technology stacks and rapidly learn new AI methodologies.
Strong ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across multi-functional teams.
Very strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-learner, able to work both independently and as a member of a geographically dispersed team
Initiative and drive to do great things.
