Plan A Technologies is looking for a skilled Senior Flutter/React Developer. In this position, you will be in charge of reviewing the software specifications and UI mockups, developing a cross-browser mobile application from scratch, and leading the application testing effort. You'll work alongside a backend developer, as well as a UI designer, to ensure you create high-performing applications with a smooth user experience. Please note: You must have 4+ years of experience with React and Flutter for Android and iOS, experience with provider state management, keen on code quality, and having pixel-eye skill to be focused on polishing up our existing portal written in Flutter/Dart 3.0+ to be considered for this role.

Job Responsibilities

Designing, developing, testing, maintaining, and deploying software in the Flutter framework and React.
Developing user interface components and implementing them by following well-known Flutter / Dart workflows and practices.
Communicating with product and engineering leads to implementing business and project objectives.
Code review of team members' commits as part of CI/CD cycle.
Participate in testing, quality assurance, and bug fixes as part of the CI/CD cycle.

EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree with an educational background in Computer Science or a related degree.
Expert proficiency in Flutter/Dart 3.0+ for Android and iOS
Strong foundations in the principle of visual display of information.
Strong knowledge in the architecture and implementation of Android or iOS Applications.
Experience working with popular libraries for networking, asynchronous, image loading, etc.
Extensive experience with React, JavaScript, CSS and HTML and general UI design.
Knowledge of React tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, etc.
Knowledge of performance testing frameworks and browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
Knowledge of frontend test automation frameworks.
Solid experience building and designing highly scalable, fault tolerant and always-available systems.
Strong understanding of design patterns and architectural principles.
Good grasp on relational, non-relational databases, messaging queues and concurrency.
Action-oriented & excellent analytical and creative thinking.
Must work in a fast paced agile workflow and promptly communicate via Slack and Jira ticket.
Very strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Self-learner, able to work both independently and as a member of a geographically dispersed team
Initiative and drive to do great things.
