Senior Data Scientist

What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

• End-to-End Model Ownership: Design, build, train, and deploy production-grade machine learning models for complex problems like personalization, causal inference, forecasting, and deep learning applications.
• Influence Strategy: Work directly with business and product leaders to identify high-impact problems, translate them into machine learning frameworks, and drive company strategy with your findings.
• Productionalize ML: Collaborate with MLOps and engineering teams to build scalable, reliable, and automated pipelines for your models, ensuring they perform robustly in a live environment.
• Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert, mentoring junior data scientists, leading technical discussions, and pushing the boundaries of what's possible with our data.
• R&D: Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques to solve the most challenging business problems.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.
• Technical Depth: Strong programming skills in Python and deep expertise in libraries like Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• SQL & Big Data: Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience working with large-scale data systems (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
• ML Expertise: A strong, intuitive understanding of a wide range of ML algorithms (from classification and regression to deep learning) and the statistical principles behind them.
• Business Impact: A proven track record of projects that have had a measurable impact on business outcomes.
