We're looking for a Senior Product Designer who enjoys solving complex design problems, building scalable design systems, and creating product experiences that delight users at scale.

Your Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process across multiple mobile applications.
• Design intuitive user experiences from research and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and interactive prototypes.
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve scalable Design Systems across our portfolio of 50+ applications.
• Create reusable components using Figma Variables, Auto Layout, Components, Design Tokens, and Typography Systems.
• Design thoughtful micro-interactions and animations that enhance the overall product experience.
• Apply Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Google Material Design principles to create platform-native experiences.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, QA Engineers, and fellow Designers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure design consistency across multiple products while allowing each product to maintain its unique identity.
• Mentor junior designers by providing constructive feedback, conducting design reviews, and promoting design best practices.
• Balance speed and quality by shipping efficiently while continuously iterating and improving user experiences.

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Digital Product Design.
• A strong portfolio showcasing real products that have been shipped—not just conceptual work.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including:
• Auto Layout
• Variables
• Components
• Design Systems
• Interactive Prototyping
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Color Theory
• Layout & Visual Hierarchy
• Accessibility
• Experience designing for multiple platforms, including iOS, Android, and Web.
• Deep understanding of Apple Human Interface Guidelines (HIG) and Material Design.
• Ability to build and scale design systems without compromising usability or brand identity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain design decisions.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.

Nice to Have

• Experience conducting UX Research, usability testing, and user interviews.
• Experience with data-driven product design and experimentation.
• Motion Design or advanced prototyping experience.
• Familiarity with Framer or other no-code website-building tools.
• Understanding of Design Tokens and design automation workflows.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end implementation is a plus.
