Job Title: Backend Software Engineer (Python)

Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled Backend Software Engineers with strong Python expertise to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience building scalable backend systems, working with cloud platforms, and implementing modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of clean code principles, modular design, and software testing practices
• Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes (e.g., AKS or EKS)
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience deploying or integrating LLM-based or AI-driven services into production environments
• Familiarity with chatbot platforms, conversational AI frameworks, or AI service APIs

Additional Notes

• Primary focus should be on core backend and cloud engineering skills
• AI/LLM experience is a plus, but not a mandatory requirement and should not be used as a filtering criterion at this stage
