About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Pixated, you'll be responsible for unlocking the digital growth opportunities available to our clients through hands-on campaign management across various paid social channels. You'll also be focused on building relationships and proactively identifying new opportunities via services offered in-house.

Main duties and responsibilities

Please note: This is a technical role, so experience planning, building and running paid social campaigns is a must.

Develop and execute paid social strategies: Design, implement, and optimise paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta and Google.
Budget management and allocation: Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring maximum return on ad spend (ROAS) while meeting business objectives and campaign KPIs.
Campaign optimisation and A/B testing: Continuously optimise campaign performance through A/B testing, creative adjustments, and audience segmentation to improve CTR, conversion rates, and overall ROI.
Data analysis and reporting: Analyse campaign performance data, generate insights, and provide detailed reports on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, and ROAS, with actionable recommendations for improvement.
Audience targeting and segmentation: Create and refine custom audiences and lookalike audiences to improve ad relevance and personalisation, leveraging customer data, CRM insights, and platform targeting tools.
Collaboration with creative teams: Work closely with creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives, ensuring messaging, visuals, and formats are aligned with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
