What You’ll Do

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of data scientists, economists, and corporate consultants to build robust AI ecosystems while maintaining strict accuracy and reliability. Your contributions will directly shape the tools that our users rely on to accelerate their strategic planning and unlock shareholder value.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing AI agent architectures tailored to diagnostic and analytical requirements.
• Enhancing decision-making capabilities through chain-of-thought reasoning and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Developing and deploying agent-based AI solutions using technologies like LangChain, LangGraph, and React (Reasoning-Action).
• Ensuring compliance with source data, validating accuracy, and eliminating hallucinations in AI outputs.

Potential Projects

• Building AI agents that provide on-demand financial diagnostics and actionable recommendations for C-suite executives.
• Implementing next-generation LLM applications using models like ChatGPT 4o, Claude 3, and Meta’s Llama 3.
• Developing scalable, cloud-based AI systems leveraging platforms like Azure to deliver high-performance solutions.
• Prototyping and iterating on novel AI architectures to refine and optimize user experiences.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a driven and innovative engineer who thrives on solving complex problems and delivering impactful solutions. The ideal candidate will bring:

• Advanced proficiency in Python for AI development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agent frameworks, and cloud-based infrastructures.
• A bachelor’s degree (required) or an advanced degree (preferred) in computer science or a related field.
• A proven track record with 3-5 years of production-deployed software systems.
• Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and executive clients.
