It is time to hire our founding Head of Marketing to own and scale our Marketing function from scratch, reporting directly into the CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
Here's what you'll be responsible for:
Pipeline Development & Optimization
- Design scalable workflows for marketing initiatives, budget allocation, and performance evaluation.
- Drive enterprise-level lead generation, nurturing, and conversion strategies with a focus on Account-Based Marketing (ABM) when relevant.
Executive Collaboration
- Partner with the CEO to ensure marketing strategies align with broader business objectives and drive company growth.
Brand Strategy & Market Launch
- Collaborate with branding agencies to create a distinct identity and establish competitive market positioning.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy, ensuring a seamless transition from stealth mode with impactful messaging and timely execution.
Event Strategy & Execution
- Strategically plan and oversee the execution of industry conferences and networking events to maximize brand exposure, lead generation, and overall return on investment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, pipeline growth, and brand positioning.
- Strong background in HubSpot optimization and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Experience executing high-impact events and developing creative campaigns.
- Ability to work closely with executive leadership to translate vision into actionable marketing initiatives.
- Mindset: Operationally focused but capable of thinking strategically, with a proven track record of executing marketing plans that deliver measurable results.
