- Analyse the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and market expansion.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools to refine audience segmentation and enhance campaign targeting.
- Manage the product lifecycle, optimising marketing strategies to drive adoption and conversions.
- Champion the brand by driving awareness, consideration, and engagement within the education sector.
- Work with product marketing teams to optimise user journeys across digital and offline activations.
- Oversee and evolve the content strategy across digital platforms, ensuring high-quality, data-driven content.
- Develop and execute a social media and influencer marketing strategy to boost engagement and brand credibility.
- Drive CRM strategy to enhance lifecycle management and maximise customer lifetime value.
- Collaborate with growth, partnerships, and product teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring ROI-focused allocation and performance tracking.
Your Profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a marketing leadership role, preferably within the Education or B2C sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the US education market, including curriculum policies and public-sector strategies.
- Proven ability to drive acquisition, retention, and product adoption through data-driven strategies.
- Strong revenue attribution skills, with experience managing marketing spend for clear ROI outcomes.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel content strategies focused on scalability and engagement.
- Cross-functional leadership experience in agile environments, with a track record of collaboration across product, UX, and marketing.
- Proficiency in scalable marketing tools and automation platforms for content creation and campaign management.
