The Role
We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to build and scale our marketing function from the ground up. This is a leadership role that will own all facets of marketing—from demand generation and content to brand positioning and customer marketing. You'll play a critical role in defining how the world sees us and how we grow within the telecom industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to telecom call centers and B2B enterprise buyers
- Own demand generation, including paid media, SEO, email campaigns, and event marketing (e.g., telecom and call center conferences)
- Create compelling messaging and positioning that clearly communicates our AI SaaS value to telecom stakeholders (Sales, Ops, CX, IT)
- Partner with Sales to build pipeline and shorten sales cycles through account-based marketing (ABM) and sales enablement content
- Lead content strategy, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and thought leadership
- Track and report on KPIs to ensure ROI across all marketing channels
- Build and manage a small but mighty marketing team and a network of contractors/agencies as needed
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of the telecom industry or experience marketing to call centers, CX leaders, or enterprise tech buyers
- Strong background in demand generation, growth marketing, and product marketing
- Experience finding relevant influencers and hiring them to distribute our message
- Proven ability to develop positioning and messaging for technical AI or SaaS products
- Hands-on experience with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, etc.)
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and communication skills
- Scrappy, data-driven, and comfortable scaling from zero to one
Nice to Have
- Experience working in a startup or early-stage tech environment
- Experience working in the Telecom industry for a major carrier, BPO or call center
- Familiarity with sales cycles in telecom or large enterprise B2B deals
- Prior success marketing AI, automation, or chatbot technology
