Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to support managing and optimizing Meta, Google Ads, and social media campaigns for multiple brands. This role will assist in the execution of marketing strategies, ad performance analysis, website optimization and cross-platform marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow in the digital marketing field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ads Management:
- Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts for brands.
- Execute A/B tests, monitor performance, and generate reports to optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team to explore ads on emerging platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Google and SEO Support:
- Conduct competitor analysis and implement strategies for Google and Meta campaigns.
- Work on optimizing the Google Maps setup and improving the website’s SEO.
- Monitor Google search trends and assist in applying high-performing keywords in campaigns.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and third-party tools to analyze website traffic and optimize site performance.
- General Campaign Support:
- Provide ongoing support to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns and tasks.
- Help organize reports for internal reviews and client updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid ads (Google, Meta & TikTok Ads).
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- 2-3 years of experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights) is a plus.
