Job Description:
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to lead the charge in creating and executing marketing strategies for our clients. You’ll own the client relationship, guide them toward growth, and work closely with the team to implement those strategies. You’ll be responsible for defining goals and OKRs, testing new strategies, learning from the data, and constantly optimizing for success.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, curious growth hacker, and natural leader who’s comfortable speaking in front of clients, leading a team, and driving marketing initiatives from concept to execution. You’re highly organized, love a good project management tool, and have a knack for finding creative solutions to growth challenges. Experience in an agency environment is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Lead the creation of data-driven marketing strategies for B2B technology clients, focused on measurable growth.
- Client Ownership: Be the primary point of contact for clients, managing their growth and marketing success from start to finish.
- Execution Leadership: Collaborate with the internal team to execute strategies, ensuring alignment with goals and deadlines.
- Goal Setting & OKRs: Define and set growth goals and OKRs with clients to track and measure marketing success.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports on marketing metrics, including performance analysis and actionable insights.
- Testing & Iteration: Constantly test new marketing strategies, analyze the data, and iterate for improved results.
- Growth Hacking: Use creative problem-solving to find innovative ways to hack growth for your clients.
- Project Management: Organize and manage multiple projects, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
- Client Consulting: Lead client presentations, speak confidently in meetings, and offer strategic consulting to guide their marketing efforts.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and lead your team to execute with precision and focus, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Agency Experience: Previous experience in a marketing agency is a plus, helping you manage diverse clients and needs effectively.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in leading and executing growth marketing strategies, particularly for B2B technology clients.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics, data analysis, and how to use insights to inform strategy.
- Experience in defining and tracking OKRs and growth goals with clients.
- Curiosity and creativity, with a growth hacker mindset always looking for new ways to drive results.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to organize and juggle multiple projects.
- Strong communication skills, confident in leading client meetings and presentations.
- Team leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and manage internal teams.
- Agency experience is a plus.
