Job Title: Marketing Manager
Location: 100% remote role – US time zones only
Salary: $70,000–$80,000
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Director of Marketing
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Marketing Manager to support our marketing initiatives and help maintain our position as the leading business development coaching, training and consulting company within the professional services industry. In this role, you will work directly with our Marketing Director and will be responsible for crafting and executing impactful marketing campaigns that fuel company growth, boost brand visibility, and engage customers.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute results-driven marketing campaigns across all channels—including digital, video, website, brand, content, events, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute marketing and social media campaigns, increasing brand awareness and customer acquisition.
- Create compelling multi-media marketing materials that support both branding and sales communication.
- Manage CRM (HubSpot) systems to optimize lead generation, customer retention, automate processes and sales enablement efforts.
- Spearhead event logistics ensuring our presence is impactful and supports our growth initiatives.
- Craft clear and compelling creative briefs for internal staff to align on and deliver project goals.
- Work closely with sales team to align marketing with new launches, campaigns and innovations.
- Stay ahead of trends—monitor market activity, competitor strategies, and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
- Manage the marketing budget to ensure fiscal responsibility while maximizing ROI.

What You Bring to the Table:
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong background in digital marketing and brand growth.
- Experience with Google Analytics to track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
- Video production skills, motion graphics, editing, script editing.
- Proficiency with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Canva, Asana, Microsoft Planner, and WordPress.
- Proven ability to create and execute marketing programs that drive measurable success.
- Growth mindset with a hands-on approach—you’re just as comfortable setting vision as you are executing campaigns.
- Strong writing, communication, and project management skills to ensure clarity and effectiveness in all initiatives.
- Entrepreneurial spirit—you take initiative, adapt quickly, and love solving challenges.
- Ability to remain flexible to changes in the work environment and scope of responsibility.
- Proficiency with digital marketing and design tools, and Microsoft Suite systems.
- Experience balancing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines, and staying organized.
- Education: BA or BS in Marketing, or a related field.
