Field Marketing Director
Pipeline360 is seeking a Field Marketing Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to make a big impact at a high-growth company. You’ll be responsible for the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of field marketing programs that drive demand generation and brand awareness, increase partner engagement, and support Sales efforts. You will partner closely with Sales and the rest of the Marketing team to concept, deliver, and optimize multi-channel marketing programs including content, campaigns, events and sales enablement. We’re looking for someone who is strategic but hands on and is excited and ready to play a major role in unlocking and driving growth across our business.

Qualifications
· 7-10 years of B2B Field Marketing / Demand experience
· Experience with in-person events including regional field events and end-to-end tradeshow planning and execution
· Experience collaborating with Sales to develop tailored / regional / ABM go-to-market programs
· Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making, including campaign performance measurement and optimization.
· Working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation platform experience
· Growth mindset and a team player with a positive attitude
· Ability to occasionally travel
