Core Job Responsibilities

Email Marketing & Lead Management

• Experience with Marketo, Act-On, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot email automation, and other email marketing platforms.
• Manage lead segmentation, nurturing sequences, and automation workflows for email campaigns.
• Oversee list hygiene, IP warming, database standardization, and email analytics to maximize deliverability.

Customer Database & Segmentation

• Maintain clean, structured, and well-segmented customer databases for targeted outreach.
• Implement data governance standards to ensure CRM data integrity and usability.
• Optimize customer engagement through hyper-personalized segmentation strategies.

• Effective Communication: This is a US customer-facing role, and exceptional spoken and written English is necessary.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with sales, marketing, and RevOps teams to align strategies.

Technical Expertise

• Email Marketing: Tools like Marketo, Act-On, Campaign Monitor, and HubSpot email automation, Zoho emails, Pipedrive emails.
• Figma: Basic understanding of the design tool for exporting designs
