Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain performance dashboards and reports for different stages of the marketing and sales funnel (traffic, MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, revenue);
- Provide visibility into various campaigns and acquisition channels;
- Conduct ROI analysis of campaigns and channels in partnership with the performance team, applying critical thinking to evaluate cost and return of each action;
- Develop predictive models that turn into tangible goals and support strategic marketing investment decisions;
- Propose, implement, and test different attribution models (online/offline) to accurately measure campaign effectiveness;
- Ensure data integration and governance across paid media platforms, web analytics, and CRM systems, guaranteeing data quality and reliability;
- Participate in technical meetings with partners such as Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Bling, and software marketplaces (Gartner, G2, etc.);
- Collaborate to improve tracking, events, and conversion data;
- Act as a bridge between the technical data team and marketing stakeholders;
- Translate business questions into actionable analyses and communicate complex insights clearly.
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience in data analysis applied to marketing or growth, preferably in a B2B or SaaS context;
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau for building strategic dashboards;
- Experience with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads), web analytics (GA4), and CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce);
- Ability to build clear, objective, and decision-oriented dashboards;
- Experience with ROI and attribution models to measure campaign effectiveness;
- Advanced English for communication with international stakeholders and partners.
Desirable Qualifications
- Experience with predictive modeling, including regression, time series, and forecasting;
- Knowledge of Python and ETL tools for automating data processes;
- Familiarity with modern data stack technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, or Airflow.
