ABOUT US
We've originated over 2.7 million clients since 2019 by combining world-class direct response marketing with the most sophisticated data infrastructure in legal. Our marketing has driven over $1 billion in real cash inflows, with $2 billion+ in expected fees pending. We're the highest volume case originator in the legal vertical—and we did it with a small team of exceptional individuals who believe one brilliant strategy beats 100 mediocre ones. We're aesthetic empiricists: creativity and marketing expertise create the variants; data makes the final call.
WHY YOU SHOULD WORK WITH US
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Director of Marketing with experience in direct response B2C lead generation.
You will report directly to the CEO, a direct response copywriter who reads every ad and wants a sparring partner, not a project manager. You will work daily with our marketing team and, to a lesser extent, the company's operations and development teams, who will help implement your ideas and strategies.
Success in this role looks like:
What you'll own
1. New concepts. Create or find different angles, hooks, offers and strategies for new and existing campaigns.
2. A/B test design. Turn ideas into tests that can actually teach us something: one variable and a written hypothesis.
3. Analysis and the call. Pull the data, judge significance and practical impact, and recommend a call: scale, kill or retest.
4. Copy. Suggest new tests or edits for new variants of ads, landing pages, intake forms and lead nurturing (email, SMS).
5. Testing log. Record the results of tests so wins compound.

How to apply
Applications without the four items below will not be reviewed. A resume alone tells us little about this job.
1. A short intro note. Not a cover letter, just a handful of sentences so we get a sense of you.
2. 3 to 5 pieces of direct response copy you wrote (ads, landing pages or email) and the result each one produced.
3. Two A/B tests you designed and analyzed yourself. For each, a few paragraphs: the hypothesis, what you changed, the metric, the sample size, the result, how you decided it was real, and what you did next. Include at least one test that lost.
4. One untested idea for a consumer legal claims campaign: the angle, a sample headline, and how you would test it.
