Job Overview
We’re seeking a skilled 3D Rendering Specialist to produce as-needed visualizations for outdoor construction projects—including decks, patios, driveways, and other exterior features. You’ll collaborate with our team to transform rough sketches, site plans, and client input into clear, realistic renderings that help homeowners envision their finished space. Proficiency in Vip3D is required, along with a solid grasp of construction basics, spatial planning, and material representation.

This is a freelance, on-call position with availability needed Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM EST, to respond to requests and support active projects. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience, a strong portfolio of exterior rendering work, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and site measurements. Receptionist or administrative experience is a plus, as we’re also looking for support in managing basic front-end communication and scheduling—this role could evolve to cover both areas. Responsibilities
