About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Software Engineer with AI exposure to join an innovative team developing AI Proof of Concept projects. This is an excellent opportunity for strong software engineers who want to apply their expertise while gaining deeper experience in AI/ML.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the design and development of custom applications with AI/ML features.
• Work with teammates covering Databricks, Palantir, and PEGA to deliver integrated solutions.
• Support development of AI-driven workflows and decisioning logic.
• Deploy solutions on AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
• Write clean, reliable code in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and quality assurance activities.
• Collaborate in Proof of Concept initiatives to demonstrate AI capabilities in production-like settings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Based in LATAM, available for remote freelance work.
• Strong software engineering background with exposure to AI/ML projects.
• Experience with at least one of Databricks, Palantir AIP, or PEGA (team will cover all three).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with AWS and Azure environments.
• Open to learning and applying AI/ML concepts in real-world solutions.
• Knowledge of testing practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with open-source AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) is a plus.
