About the Opportunity

Join a high-impact team to deliver AI Proof of Concept projects. This role focuses on building and integrating Machine Learning (ML) and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions, with strong potential for long-term collaboration based on performance.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms: AWS (Bedrock, Sagemaker), GCP (Vertex AI), Azure (OpenAI Service, Cognitive Search).
• Strong programming skills in Python (preferred), plus familiarity with Go/Java/Node.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Llama, etc.), embeddings, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus, Snowflake Cortex/AlloyDB vector extensions).
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) for scalable POCs.
• Knowledge of data pipelines and ETL/ELT tools (Databricks, Data Factory, Airflow).
• Design and implement end-to-end GenAI proof-of-concepts, from data ingestion to model serving.
• Build RAG pipelines, multi-agent workflows, and integrate LLMs with enterprise data sources.
• Experiment with prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and model selection to evaluate use cases.
• Knowledge of Palantir or PEGA AI is a plus.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Based in LATAM, available for remote freelance work.
• Strong experience in AI/ML development, including ML model pipelines.
• Hands-on expertise with Databricks and either Palantir AIP or PEGA.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS & Azure).
• Knowledge of open-source AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver high-quality PoCs under tight timelines.
