Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Developer with strong experience in API, Python, and SQL. The ideal candidate will have a knowledge of these areas and a willingness to learn development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath. This role requires a background in developing API calls/puts, a self-starter attitude, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills for collecting, documenting, and translating complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust API integrations using Python and SQL.
• Understand business data requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to support data-driven initiatives.
• Learn and implement development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.
• Optimize processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy standards.
• Write and maintain technical documentation for development and integration processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in API development, Python, and SQL.
• General knowledge of development and integration tools such as Workday Extend, Azure Data Factory, Mulesoft, and UiPath.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-impact teams delivering data-driven solutions across the organization.
• Certifications in relevant development or integration technologies are a plus.
