Engineering Project / Program Manager - AI Initiatives

You will:

• Drive AI initiatives across engineering, identifying and delivering opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency.
• Manage the planning, tracking, and execution of AI-driven programs and engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Define and report on engineering KPIs, leveraging AI tools for analysis and insights.
• Promote the adoption of generative AI for coding, scripting, and project management tasks to improve workflows.
• Identify areas for improvement in engineering processes and implement change management strategies.
• Report to the Director of Engineering Operations.

You have:

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Program Manager in a software product company.
• Background in Engineering, Program/Project Management, or Technical Operations.
• Strong ability to analyze and report on engineering KPI data.
• Flexible, open-minded, and adaptable to rapid changes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across distributed global teams.
• Eagerness to learn and foster consistency across multiple engineering functions.

You’ll stand out if:

• You have proven experience in driving AI-powered programs within engineering teams.
• You’ve applied generative AI to scripting, coding, KPI automation, or optimization in past roles.
• Your background includes Engineering Management, Engineering Operations, or Global Program/Project Management.
• You have experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), Networking, or Security.

Salary Range: $136,000-$145,000

In accordance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) the approximate compensation range for this role in Colorado is listed above. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors, such as knowledge, skills, and abilities.
